There is nothing sexier than great abs and sometimes we need to think outside the box a bit to get there. This post is strictly that, a 30 day ultimate ab challenge to help you reach your desired ab goals.
Obviously exercising is very important when trying to reach fitness goals but your overall diet also plays a major factor in this challenge. While you are working through these exercises in the graphic below, I challenge you to not eat sugar for the next 30 days and just see what comes of it. Take a before picture, then take an after picture. Remember to read labels! Sugar is everywhere and in everything.
Here are some tips for where to lookout for sugar:
- If you drink coffee, swap out your sugary creamer for some half and half and packets of Stevia
- Soda is loaded with sugar and the artificial sweeteners in diet drinks doesn’t make them much better in my opinion
- Sauces and dressings have added sugar in them, so be on the lookout there!
Remember, don’t stress about it. Just make good food choices (not sure where to start? Head over to my other post, How to Make Healthy Eating Not Boring for some tips) and add these exercises into your already great workout regimen. Think of it as an experiment and let me know how it goes!
