Some days getting to the gym just isn’t going to happen. Here are 5 different speedy morning workouts for the days that getting to the gym simply isn’t an option.
There are some days that I just cannot make it to The Box to get my Crossfit class in. Or some days I just can’t get out on the road to go for a run. On those days I don’t want to miss all together, so I do a shorter high intensity work out.
Here is a mix up of workouts that I personally use on those off days. I tend to do them in the morning because it really gets my day started off right! Morning Workouts wake your brain up and get your blood flowing. Drink a cold glass of water then you’re set to go for the day. It’s like on Legally Blonde Elle Woods says “Exercise releases endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people don’t kill their husbands. They just don’t!” So, if you’re feeling some rage, do a workout. You’ll feel better. 🙂 (all jokes people… just keeping things light around here!)
